Equity in both parts of Arabic Sentence Between Context (Al-Siyāq) and Semantics

Abstract

This paper is a rhetorical study of the contextual and semantic reference in the Arabic sentence where both parts of Isnād are equal. This sentence structure has not been studied in the light of contextual rhetorical researches yet. So, the paper bridges the gap and descibe the philosophy of the given concept in different contexts, and explain the importance of this unsusual style of equity in both parts of Isnād and the rhetorical depth, precision and beauty of this structure according to different contexts. The paper also explains a number of examples from Qur'aanic verses, al-Ahaadeeth and poetry where the style of equity in both parts of Isnād in dfferent contexts and situations has been used in the light of classical linguists and rhetorians.
